Dry Rub For Pork Ribs


Ingredients:
2/3 cups brown sugar
1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
Sriracha hot sauce(optional) Add to taste.

Directions:
Mix all except hot sauce in a bowl and rub on to ribs. I added a couple tablespoons of hot sauce just on the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. BBQ Or Seal ribs in foil with a tablespoon of water and bake for 2 hours on a cookie sheet.
